Message	... The old school 1/2 split, or divorced pipes helped out over gutted precats while super splits provided further gains over both. I don' think there's any gains to be had by removing the separator on a stock system. If anything, you're going backwards by inducing turbulence. On an upgraded system where the wastegate can't keep up, that's where removing the separator comes into play so the exhaust gases exit the path of least resistance. 1993 TT. R.I.P. 09.15.2010
